BE/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT)/ MCA from 2016 -2017 batches.

Job Description :
0 -1 Years of experience in customer support/technical support.
Excellent customer service skills, as previously demonstrated
Good verbal, Written, and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical problems and take the right decision for the customer.
Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership – go above and beyond to provide magical support.
Education: Graduate and Above
Shifts: Day Shift.
