Job Description:
Implement a global communication framework that is sustainable and effective; putting a mechanism in place for regular improvisations
Support and take initiatives in global talent management projects such as employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness and other aspects of HR pertaining to employee development.
Implementing organizational development strategies and planning, managing project for various initiatives across Organization globally.
Partner with Business, HR and stakeholders alike during design phase and supplement execution efforts by HR BPs and Shared Service teams
Provide analytical and data support in the creation of analytical reports and identify potential recommendations based on the findings
Provide technical support for statistical reporting tools and applications and identify opportunities for automation of processes
Contribute to data collection and development of models utilizing several statistical methods
