Draw action plans to execute the company policies to provide & retain capable human resource
Lead manage direct the ER representatives for handling employee grievances, employee engagement, establishing communication channels for employees to communicate, managing monthly ER Calendar budgets
Ensure regular communication happens from Top Management in the form of Town Halls and other meetings
Responsible for coordinating Employee satisfactions surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels
Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends
Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee communication.
Grievance handling and counseling
Establishment and maintenance of communication channels
Ensuring timely appraisals Ensuring effective ER activities and work on employee development
Responsible for the collation, maintenance and updating of data
Providing complete logistics support for internal/external training and the PMS process
To manage end-to-end Employee Relations. Handle Employee Grievances and resolve on priority, smooth delivery of Employee Engagement etc
Lead and direct the ER Spocs to ensure for smooth delivery of Employee Relation
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
