Job Description:
Execution of the activities associated with key sales strategy and target. Customer Satisfaction. Order intake & TS&S Sales, Margins Customer share in chosen areas.

Responsibilities:
Support Sales Leader/Key Account Leader for Customer Management/Account Management activities in the market as delegated to help achieve the overall sales target.
Maintain close relationship with customers and ensure the company products are meeting the requirements where possiblit..
Prepare and deliver presentation internally and to external customers to sell Tetra Pak product and technical solutions .
Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare quotes
Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully
Work closely with Technical Service and Sales team to ensure to improve the customer service
Support customer issue resolution, ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
Maintain agreed and adequate customer data
